The NHIAA state tournament for fall sports is underway including boys & girls and unified soccer….field hockey….volleyball….and soon football.
Sherm Chester is joined by Coach Bill Taylor and Coach Jim Tufts to discuss all the upcoming Seacoast action.
Besides schoolboy & schoolgirl sports the hosts discuss UNH Wildcat football and soccer, the Patriots quarterback situation, the start of the Celtic and Bruins seasons and wrap up with a tribute to Exeter Bluehawk Hall of Fame Hockey coach Peter Clark.

Exeter Bluehawk Coach Rich Kane joins Sherm and Sam to discuss the Bluehawks non-conference football matchup against the Champlain Valley Union Red Hawks from Vermont. Coach Kane as a freshman instructor also talks about the system helping to build the successful Bluehawk football program.
Sam and Sherm review the successful start of the UNH Wildcat Football team and look to the schedule ahead.

He pays tribute to two sports legends…The Celtics Bill Russell and Los Angeles Dodger play by play announcer Vin Scully.
Bill Russell will always be remembered as the captain of the Celts and led them to 11 NBA Championships.
Vin Scully spent 67 years behind the microphone for the Dodgers and was part of some classic Hall of Fame broadcast moments involving Sandy Koufax, Hank Aaron and the Red Sox in the 1986 World Series.
During the Two Minute Drill Sherm recaps the major trades made at the MLB deadline that included a plus/minus for the Red Sox.
