On this edition of the SSF
Sherm and Sam are joined by special guests Scott Bleakley and Hunter Carey to promote the upcoming “Three States Unite for Mental Health/Substance Abuse Awareness” charity baseball event they are organizing.
The event is scheduled for July 22 starting at 5 pm at Hadlock Field in Portland. The evening includes a pregame skills competition and from 7-10p the Northeast Tides vs. Hard Ball Crusaders. The Crusaders team made up of former local major league and college players.
In the Two-Minute Drill, Sam takes on the shift in Big 10 college sports and Sherm welcomes the new Director of Athletics for the University of N.H.
